Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Control all the LPO sent from the boutique
• Control all the delivery notes received form the factory
• Control all the invoices from the factory
• Analyses of the cost of the product with the coordination of the head office
• Managing all the aspects of credit notes & cash transactions, bank deposit
• Control all the operations of Front office & back office
• Controlling all the access cash, and the daily transaction sales
• Monitoring all the weekly & monthly reports, with cost analysis margin
• Update all the files of boutique, ( customers File, supplier updated Files )
• Controlling all the LOT number daily and being sure that it goes in the norms of the company standard,
• Controlling of the chocolates expiration date, and chocolates stock movement
• Controlling the boxes stock movement and avoiding the over stock, regular
• Controlling the fridges temperature movement and be sure that are working in good condition
• Analyses of the warehouse stock for all the related items that it is requested by boutique (accessories) . This is very important to have a better knowledge of the stock and the proper strategy for the stock movement
• Monthly report for the damaged items for the chocolates & accessories, boxes
• Proper procedure for down payment for clients and it should be accounted 5 auditors will explain how this should be classified )
• Controlling the staff uniform and be sure that it is coming with company rules & regulations
• Staff briefing should be done weekly, report of the briefing should be sent to head office
• Weekly training & assessment should be done weekly including the accessories training and new collection training,
• Staff feedback form should be given to all the staff monthly for all their observations and complaint to be considered on the management decisions,
• Staff responsibilities should be followed by details, it should be balanced depends of the staff performance,
• Respect should be considered all the time in the boutique to keep the positive atmosphere.
• The Boutique Manager should have a clear strategy for the boutique sales Management
• The product margin shouldn’t be exaggerated by the boutique Team, discounts are allowed to satisfy the customers, in the conditions that we should kept the benefits to the company,
• The Boutique Manager should follow up personally the feedback of the customers and their observations after the delivery,
• The seasonal collections should be planned accurately, any delay will affect the sales if the boutique,
• Animation of the accessories should be done weekly to refresh the display
• The chocolates display should be as per the company standard, it should be with Family depends on the seasonal collection,

Requirements

• English and Arabic speaking is a must.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Retail and corporate business in Saudi Arabia
• Highly motivated and active, ready for a challenging job, mobile and flexible in time and actions
• Computer literate with advanced skills in MS office, outlook and any other computer skills; Basic accounting skills are a must
• Highly organized with effective time management skills
• Proved track of people management
