Branch Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead our operations in the oil and gas industry based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the branch's performance, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed branch targets and KPIs
- Lead and motivate a team of sales, operations, and administrative staff to achieve goals and objectives
- Manage the branch's budget, expenses, and resources effectively
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for business expansion and market penetration in the oil and gas sector
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform decision-making
- Implement best practices in inventory management, logistics, and supply chain operations
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on branch performance and market insights

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the oil and gas industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding business targets
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and drive a high-performance culture
- Excellent financial acumen and budget management capabilities
- In-depth understanding of oil and gas operations, supply chain dynamics, and industry regulations
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
- Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret market data and trends
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced qualifications or certifications in business management or oil and gas operations are desirable
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
