Brand Manager

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

* Analyze market trends, competition among each category, and price positioning.
* Identify brands, products and vendors in accordance with market trends and market segment analysis at which the store product is aimed.
* Develop the pricing strategy for all products.
* Negotiate agreements with vendors (margins, payment terms, return rates, rebates and all other details of business needs).
* Plan and carry out product launches.
* Oversee product content on the e-commerce platform
* Manage and control inventory and stock updates.
* Analyze department's P&L statement and execute strategies to increase profitability across the department.
* Take full ownership and accountability over the department's P&L account.

Requirements

Requirement

* Minimum 8-10 relevant years, with at least 3 years as an Area Manager or similar role.
* Proven retail experience in any of the below:
* Consumer Electronics
* Gaming
* Musical Instruments
* Audio
* Home
* Excellent abilities in financial management and planning.
* Clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix.
* Possess leadership skills and able to inspire others.
