As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans that strengthen brand equity, drive market share growth, and deliver business results. You'll lead cross-functional initiatives, ensuring the brand's vision is consistently reflected across all marketing channels and consumer touchpoints.

Description
* Develop and implement annual brand plans, marketing strategies, and campaigns.
* Manage the full marketing mix ,ATL, BTL, digital, and shopper marketing to drive consumer engagement.
* Conduct market analysis and monitor category trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
* Manage product innovation, packaging updates, and NPD projects in collaboration with R&D and supply chain.
* Oversee marketing budgets and ensure ROI optimization.
* Partner closely with sales teams to ensure brand strategies translate into in-market execution.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
* 5-7 years of experience in brand management within the FMCG sector.
* Proven track record in managing food brands or fast-moving consumer goods.
* Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
* Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
