Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Lead the effort to drive brand awareness, customer demand, and brand preference for all brands.
• Engage consumer and customers through the conception and implementation of marketing campaigns, promotions and trade marketing programs, merchandising services, sponsorships, and market research.
• Build strong relationships with the sales teams and participate actively in customer facing activities and meetings.
• Implement, maintain and consistently communicate compelling brand positions and USPs
• Demonstrate discipline in providing creative direction and ensure creative and programming alignment with brands' target audiences and opportunities
• Timely and efficiently communicate the marketing and trade marketing programs to the sales teams and other departments.
• Monitor brand marketing and trade marketing budgets integrity and consistency both for consumer and trade.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets for the brand marketing and trade marketing department.
• Run the annual brand marketing and trade marketing planning process. Set brand planning calendar both consumer and trade, coordinate cross-functional activities and planning processes, manage timelines, and ensure timely completion of all deliverables.
• Own the relationship with advertising agency's activities/projects, providing direction for all necessary marketing/creative material produced. Ensure consistent creative execution and positioning and development of integrated campaigns

Salary:
SAR 20,000 to 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

• MBA plus 8-10 years in senior level communication, brand management and trade marketing role within Advertising Agency, Food or beverage experience a plus.
• Solid understanding of the following areas: advertising, market research, digital marketing, consumer promotions, POS marketing, sales promotions, trade marketing, sales planning and forecasting.
• Strong cross-functional project management skills, including leading new launches and in market implementations.
• Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills/attention to detail required.
• Exceptional sense of urgency, with strong aptitude for learning and problem-solving.
• Advanced Excel and MS PowerPoint skills required.
