Job description / Role
This role manages relationship with Brokers and converts that into new business opportunities to drive profitable revenue growth. You will develop and manage assigned number of Brokers and establish sales pipelines and/or identify, qualify and close new business opportunities. Reporting to Sales Manager and work closely with Operations, Claims and Underwriting departments to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- 2-4 years of practical experience in insurance sector
- Microsoft officer competent
- High knowledge of the Company business, capabilities & product offering
- Excellent communication skills in all forms
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Results-driven
- Pipeline Management
- Ability to develop and deliver innovative ideas
