Job description / Role
- Management of day to day BSS Operations
- Configuration management
- Vendor Management
- E-Commerce catalog configuration and product catalog
- Monitoring performance and faults related to BSS
- Performing system configuration activities at the operating system and application layer
- Cooperation with the vendor
- Supporting integration with the overall solution architecture
Requirements
- Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Technology
- At least 5 years of experience in development, operations and maintenance in Telco BSS environment
- Experience managing and configuring product catalogue from a technical perspective
- Experience working with fault management and performance management
- Expert knowledge of Linux
- Able to troubleshoot , assess and evaluate relevant information in regards to root cause analysis, and resolve issues
- Experience with escalating technical issues to internal or external teams
- Good communication skills

- eCommerce catalog configuration and product catalog, categories & promotions management
- Platforms: Telco BSS & Magento
- Experience troubleshooting Telco protocols such as Diameter, SIGTRAN, Gx, Gy, SMPP, etc"
- At least 5 years of experience in development, operations and maintenance in Telco BSS environment including knowledge of performance and fault management
