Executive Director - Operations Building Automation: Riyadh KSA
Working for a leading Real Estate Developer in the Kingdom, who has a property portfolio across Residential, Commercial & Retail. They’re a Government owned entity with an excellent reputation in property development and management.
The purpose of the Building Automation Executive Director is the development of effective Building Controls & Automation solutions & programs (primarily covering BMS, CCTV and other systems) across a large commercial, retail and residential property portfolio in Saudi Arabia. Ensuring that industry best practice and regulatory requirements are implemented and adhered too. The role works closely with Property General Managers and Operational Divisional Leadership to optimize and develop a holistic approach to improve and maximize facility management practices for the portfolio. You will be responsible for all solutions to drive asset performance including program development, holistic implementation plans and procurement.
You will possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners to enhance opportunities for presenting Building Automation solutions to save energy, drive performance and manage related costs.
It is essential to have an in-depth working knowledge of standards required in technical solutions eg: Niagara AX, N4 and associated components.

Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) University required. Advantage: Four-year degree in Engineering
- Required: minimum seven (7) years’ work experience in Engineering or Technical implementations.
EXPERIENCE:
- Performed consulting or in-house services as it applies to BMS design, integration, deployment, or strategy to support project work.
- Required: 10+ years’ experience in BAS platforms with a proven track record of technical support for a minimum of five years.
