Employment: Full Time

Job Purpose & Scope:

The Scope of Work is related to Service-Type 2 which provides engineering, project management, construction management and project controls resources to meet peak manpower requirements to support the execution of Saudi Aramco capital projects.

Specifically, EXPEC ARC Projects requires the services of F&G to provide Project Management Consultants to support the mentioned project.

The work shall include assisting the project in managing the engineering and construction work, and Contractor personnel shall be assigned at locations where engineering/construction works are being performed by others, including London, Dhahran and the Construction Site.

Specifically, the below listed personnel will act as consultants and subject matter experts during the execution of BI-10-01402, EXPEC Advanced Research Centre Expansion, Dhahran.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

• Provide technical assistance as subject matter experts on Construction site activities
• Provide technical assistance in project management, procurement, design, construction of a research laboratory or high rise facility
• Supervise Equipment and Material procurement involved in yard operations
• Plans and provides work direction, as required, for the preparation of Planning and Scheduling Control Systems to provide Engineering and Construction supervisors the means to evaluate and improve the efficiency of their project execution
• Analyse Major Capital Projects to plan the most effective execution sequenceEvaluate the planning and scheduling information collected from Project Management Teams or Contractors, and advise Management of exceptions to the plan and potential corrective action and/or impacts to the project

Organizational Relationships (Work Contacts):

• Regular interactions with Project Manager/ Project Controls Manager
• Engineering disciplines, Quality and Procurement Functions

Independence of Operations and Decision-making Authority:

• Has high visibility to Saudi Aramco stakeholders
• Able to work within a defined role with limited supervision.
• Exercises judgment in making decisions; know when to seek advice.

Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

• Candidates should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience on design and construction of specialized laboratory facilities, preferably in the oil & gas industry, research institutes or similar buildings functionalities.
• A Building Management System (BMS) Specialist with professional experiences on Tier I facilities, research laboratories integrating labs, offices and collaboration rooms.
