Due to our strong pipeline of projects within the Building Supervision field, we may have an opening for an experienced Building Services Lead. The projects would be based on the coast of the Red Sea in Saudi Arabia.

Your new role, what's involved?
* Responsible for providing technical expertise and overseeing the MEP aspects on project
* The key responsibilities for this role will be providing high quality design support to the project.
* Develop appropriate systems and procedures in conjunction with Building Services Leadership team to inculcate a habit of planning of resources and execution.
* Develop procedures and formats enabling team to design packages to Client
* Ensures project outcomes meet the required technical standards
* Provide input to client proposals including bid planning, costing, producing proposals, scopes of work, and provide technical inputs
* Responsible for ensuring that excellent technical standards are working in the design, documentation and supervision of project work
* Lead and develop technical capability by developing and delivering technical solutions
Requirements
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* Over 25 years' of broad, international experience in large multi-disciplinary projects
* Experience of leading, motivating and driving multi discipline teams of engineers
* Membership of a professional institution
* Project management and project leadership skills and am comfortable in a decision making role
* Drive collaboration on my projects and the wider building services team
