Business Analyst

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can improve business performance.
- Evaluate business context and processes, gather and analyze business requirements and uncover gaps and areas for improvement.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and work with teams to implement solutions that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly reviews and analyses of current process using operational metrics and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, document and define functional and technical requirements for new initiatives or enhancements .
- Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts in order to understand their problems and needs.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that systems and applications meet business requirements and are properly integrated.
- Prepare and present reports, dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough data validation and ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
- Identify problems within a business by using data modeling techniques
- Solving business problems and, as needed, designing technical solutions.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- +2 years of experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent and strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
- Strong presentation skills, adept business knowledge, organizational abilities.
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- Strategic and structured mindset
