Role: Business Analyst
Work Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Start Date: Immediate to 30 Day
Salary & Benefits: (Negotiable based on the expertise)

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through various techniques (interviews, workshops, document analysis).
- Create detailed functional and non-functional requirements specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Develop process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to communicate complex information effectively.
- Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization sessions with business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business objectives.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes.
- Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users by addressing issues and answering questions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of [number] years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare or insurance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI).
- Knowledge of healthcare or insurance industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, IIBA).
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
