As a business analyst at Müller's Solutions, you will play a vital role in bridging the gap between technology and business. You will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that align with the company's strategic goals. Experience in enterprise architecture is preferred, as you will also be involved in facilitating effective collaboration across teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
• Gather and document business requirements, collaborating with stakeholders
• Develop and maintain business process models and diagrams
• Analyze data to identify trends and insights for decision-making
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams
• Support the implementation and testing of new systems and processes
• Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to meet business needs

Requirements

• Proven experience as a business analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of enterprise architecture concepts and frameworks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency in data analysis and modeling software tools
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field
• Saudi nationality is required
• TOGAF certificate is a plus
