Job Description:
• Break down business processes into specific steps to identify areas of improvement
• Collect data through research and observation
• Engage in open dialogue with individuals and teams to understand current processes
• Work with the team to analyse data to identify patterns or trends to help reach a solution
• Assist in evaluation possible solutions to determine the best solution
• Create documents and reports to summarize your findings and recommendations
• Communicate recommendations to all levels in an organization
• Utilize data analytics software and programs as needed.
Requirements
Position Title: Business Analyst - Banking
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 24K AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Riyadh, KSA
Qualifications:
• 50 years old and below
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in banking and/or financial services IT; experience in agile environment and stakeholder management is a must
• Must have experienced in delivering complex solution for banks and financial institutions
• Experience with lending, credit, and/or banking product management
• Experience with business analysis methodologies and applicable IT architectures
