Award-winning Architecture and Design Studio specialized in Interior architecture and the Luxury retails industry, with offices in Italy and Dubai, is currently seeking an Architect or Engineer with experience for our new office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The candidate must have proven experience in Architecture & Design Studios for at least 5 years, of which at least 3+ in an international environment, and 18 month in GCC.

This strategic hire is an opportunity for the right individual to be the ambassador of our new Studio in Riyadh, promoting our ethic, transmitting the Group's mission to the clients for commercial purposes, as well as continuing implementing our technical excellence, editing internal quality manuals, participating to seminars with in the Region.

The individual will be responsible for (but not limited to):
• Managing one or more complex projects and closing them on time, on budget and according to agreed quality standards. Moreover, you will also take care of the relationship with clients, suppliers and any other stakeholders.
• Develop the firm’s growth strategy, implementing strategies or operational plans, studying the market, proposing business deals by contacting potential new partners, exploring new joint-venture opportunities;
• In conjunction with the other group headquarters:
- Evaluation of proposals for new assignments, estimation, and negotiation;
- Launching of new projects
- Training junior members
- Discussion of potential issues and participation in group decisions.

Requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor in Architecture or Civil Engineering
• Fluent Italian. Excellent knowledge of English, written and spoken. Arabic is a plus
• Demonstrated ability to lead project teams, clients, consultants, and contractor
• Comfortable participating in Business Development and marketing activities.
• Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit
• Organizational and managerial skills
• Autonomy and flexibility.
