Job description / Role
Reporting to the CEO, the Business Development Director will be a self-starter who will hunt for new business as well as manage existing clients. In addition to this, the development of a sound business acquisition strategy and building a team would be included in the responsibilities of the Business Development Director.

Description
* Develop the Business Development Strategy
* Acquire new business by leveraging off your existing contacts and network
* Track and report progress as well as implementation of the strategic plan, customer budgets and forecasts
* Train the business development team regarding the different phases of the sales cycle
* Performance analysis and management
* Contract negotiation and closing deals

Requirements
* Ability to work autonomously with little or no supervision
* Ability to build a flourishing sales team
* Existing network of contacts within the Energy sector of KSA
* Excellent Communications skills in English and preferably Arabic
* Proven track record of business development success
* A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other relevant fields
