Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Plans and executes sales activities which support company sales objectives and develops new opportunities within the established territory for growth. Participates in developing individual sales forecasts and goals. Expected to meet/exceed monthly sales goals.
• Plans and executes large project sales activities using MEED and other lead resources. Maintains a project focus by visiting job sites and calling on all contractors working targeted projects.
• Develops an understanding of the project requirements and aligns MSI products and services accordingly by selling the MSI value proposition of exceptional service, appropriate material selection and labor savings.
• Develops relationships with major Mechanical/Electrical contractors and project consultants in KSA.
• Works closely with Inside Sales team to prepare quotations, project submittals and sample orders.
• Familiarizes and demonstrates new products (services) and developments, continually emphasizing our value proposition.
• Prepare and deliver formal presentations to customers on proposed products. Attends and assists with preparations for trade shows.
• Ensures that all commitments and obligations for the client are met and/or exceeded throughout the project/order and provides ongoing support. Partners with customer as a trusted advisor by establishing, maintaining and growing a long term business relationship.
• Investigates customer complaints regarding non-conforming or unacceptable products and recommend corrective action.
• Keeps sales manager informed on competitive products, promotional matters, sales techniques, pricing, and market changes.
• Prepare and submit weekly sales reports on major project activities. Make manager aware of sales volume, field issues/concerns, expenses, etc.
• Talking to sales manager daily; to inform the schedule for the day in the morning and to report that day’s activities in the evening.

Salary:
SAR 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

• Computer proficient. Working knowledge of MS Office applications, CRM experience is plus. Effective presentation skills, negotiation skills and ability to influence customer’s decisions.
• Indian / Bangladesh national with Arabic language skills and in the age group of 25-32 preferred.
• Must hold a valid KSA driver’s license and should know road routes in KSA; Mainly Central Region.
