Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Our client is a leading provider of user experience through a special combination of tools and decades of extensive experience in Bahrain. They are currently looking for a Business Development Executive/ Lead to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Attracting new clients by innovating and overseeing the sales process for the business.
- Working with senior team members to identify and manage company risks that might prevent growth.
- Identifying and researching opportunities that come up in new and existing markets.
- Preparing and delivering pitches and presentations to potential new clients.
- Combining efforts and fostering a collaborative environment within the business as a whole.
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems.
- Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create sales opportunities.
- Maintaining client activities in CRM.
- Developing and presenting proposals customized for each client’s specific business needs.
- Ensuring excellent customer service through regular client follow up.
- Developing rapport with key decision makers.
- Translating proposals into ready-to-sign contracts.
- Owning the sales lifecycle from prospecting to implementation.
- Managing virtual and in-person sales meetings.

Requirements

- BSc in Business, Marketing or equivalent.
- Saudi National will be considered.
- 5+ years of experience in the field of sales / Business Development.
- Strong business knowledge and experience interpreting financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills (excellent command of written and spoken Arabic and English).
- Adaptability skills, self-motivated.
- Self-starter and ownership orientated with a ‘Can do’ attitude.
- Innovation skills; identify, investigate and implement new ideas, solutions, methods or opportunities for increased productivity.
- Business Development (generate new customer leads through various channels).
- Proactively identify sales prospects and peruse business development activities across the country (Ability to effectively research new markets).
- Follow up on leads and referrals to generate business.
- Achieve Monthly sales targets assigned on various products.
- Maintain periodic status report, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made.
- Advanced time management and organizational skills.
- BPO Contact center experience is an advantage.
