We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. This exciting role will focus on expanding our market presence within the FMCG, Horeca, and hygiene & cleaning sectors. You will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales initiatives that align with our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the FMCG, Horeca, and hygiene & cleaning sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential partnerships.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align business strategies and enhance service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and secure business deals.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to network and represent the company.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Continuously seek feedback and opportunities for improvement in business processes and client engagement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within the FMCG, Horeca, or hygiene & cleaning sectors.
- Strong networking skills and a proactive approach to building client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
