We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, forging strong client relationships, and enhancing our market presence within the FMCG and Facilities Management sectors. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the FMCG, B2B, Facilities Management, and Hygiene & Cleaning sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the FMCG or Facilities Management industries.
- Strong understanding of client relationships and needs analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Result-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
