Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven FEMALE -Business Development Executive( In House) to join our freight forwarding team in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of our company in the competitive logistics industry.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company and expand professional contacts.
- Report regularly on sales activities, market trends, and business development progress.

-Proven experience in business development or sales within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is DESIRABLE
- Strong understanding of freight forwarding operations and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong business acumen and customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the region.

Salary:
SAR 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
