The Company:

Our client is one of the leading logistics and Supply Chain Company. They operate in over 50 countries and employ over 10,000 employees. They are now hiring for a Business Development Manager for their office in Jeddah, KSA.

We are looking to hire a Business Development Manager who achieves sales plan objectives with assigned SME clients and targets by effectively selling PA’s products. Air - Sea - Customs Clearance - Logistics

Responsibilities:

• Generate business with assigned SME clients and targets in line with the sales plan
• Assure the successful client integration
• Meet and achieve assigned Volume and GP Budgets across the Year.
• Strong Knowledge in Verticals and ability to understand technical for Each IV.
• Provide information to BU Head of Sales for “sales planning” and forecast activities (including prospect qualification and local market intelligence)
• Provide client and target information, maintain CRM
• Execute sales process

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Business administration / commercial background
• Sales experience within logistics industry (minimum 2-3 years)
• Functional experience in air / sea / customs brokerage
• Local market knowledge (customers, competitors, suppliers)
• Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints

Skills & Competences:

• Ability to successfully execute the sales process.
• Ability to manage cross-functional interfaces (Operations and ISPs).
• Self-management (Planning, Organizing & Goal Setting, Execution)
• Decision-making capabilities
• Self driven and with strong spoken and written communication skills
• Relationship building and maintenance capabilities.
