My client is one of the leading construction company in Saudi Arabia.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Planning, organizing and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
• Develops and maintains marketing budget.
• Supports mission, vision, value statements, standards, policies and procedures, operating instructions, confidentiality standards, and the code of ethical behavior.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow with the coordination with managers and head of department.
• Improve the return on investment by creating modern techniques and profitable new ideas.
• Develop feasibility studies and timelines for future projects.
• Present monthly, semi- annual , and annual reports, instructions, and recommendations accordingly to CEO
• Provide market feedback to CEO regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
• Oversee, review and direct the creation of cost control plans in collaboration with cost control team.
• Develop and implement cost control programs and procedures necessary to assure the proper total cost management of projects.
• Evaluates operational issues to determine how competitive and current it is with the latest trends in the industry.
• Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business call.
• Enforce company policies consistently and fairly.
• Develop and organizes new business development initiatives.
• Collaborate with purchase team to ensure proper procurement.
• Evaluate company goals on a quarterly basis.
• Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers.

Requirements

Position Specifications / Requirements:
• Age: 30 – 45 Years old.

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or any equivalent degree.
• PMP certification.
• Experience: More than 8 years.
• Excellent time management skills and a proven track record of setting and and meeting ambitious goals.
