Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working exclusively with an international supply chain automation organisation that is looking to expand its business growth across Saudi Arabia. Our client is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to their team.
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone that is able to help support and implement strategic plans, develop KPIs to evaluate processes on a regular basis, as well as, develop well written and detailed project plans and business proposals. You will also identify and provide insight on developing new business segments. In this role you will be required to research and develop innovative solutions within the MRO environment, participating in conferences and trade fairs, along with identifying new network opportunities, which is key to succeed in this role.
Requirements
To be considered for this role you should be Degree educated, preferably within relevant field i.e engineering or business management. You should have a proven track record of at least 3 years in a similar role and have an established network across the Kingdom. It is essential the successful candidate should have outstanding English written and verbal communication, Arabic speaking would also be a distinct advantage. The ideal candidate should be a strong team player who loves and thrives on networking but also has a solid technical background.
