Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The Business Development Manager is to proactively and systematically develop new direct business for the company's through existing and new customers. The manager will build and maintain the company's prospect list with full contact details in our dedicated CRM portal. Will build relationships and developing business leads through the company's prospect list, identifying up-and-coming tenders, growth opportunities and securing additional work for the company.

Requirements

Strong listening skills, with ability to accurately understand and articulate service requirements.

The ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve a common objective.

Knowledge of facilities management service capabilities; including levels of productivity, quality standards, service level agreements and types of service.

The individual will have suitable qualifications to demonstrate their facilities management knowledge and their ability to manage sell and manage internal and external customers.
