Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Our client is a leading creative agency in Saudi Arabia, specializing in innovative design solutions and impactful storytelling.

Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will identify and secure new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, and drive revenue growth for Rumman Company in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
- Attend industry events and networking activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams for strategy alignment.
- Track and report on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
