The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Description
* Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in real estate and hospitality.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
* Conduct market research to identify trends, emerging opportunities, and competitor activities.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, investors, corporate clients, brokers, and other partners.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored real estate or hospitality solutions.

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the real estate or hospitality industry.
* Strong network and connections in real estate/hospitality markets.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to build long-term client relationships and strategic alliances.
