Kinetic has partnered with a leading manufacturing company who are hiring a business development manager to be based in Saudi Arabia.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building with key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of business development strategies.
• Assist the sales team to acquire new customers and to sell additional products, services, or solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to recommend improvements to existing products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering and/or marketing.
• Proven experience in business development within the safety industry.
• Minimum 10 years of KSA experience.
• Strong knowledge of the safety market (customers, applications, and competitors) in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong business management and analytical thinking skills.
