Description

Nasoft is hiring a business development manager for one of our clients in Riyadh that specializes in digital marketing and advertising services.

Responsibilities

  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed
  • Meet with clients virtually or during sales visits
  • Recruit, hire, and train sales team
  • Demonstrate and present products
  • Establish new business
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Attend trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings
  • Review sales performance
  • Negotiate contracts and packages
  • Work towards monthly or annual targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, accounting, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience
  • Prior sales experience in marketing agencies or advertising services
  • Proficiency in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office mainly for reporting and documentation
  • Knowledge of CRM or sales management software is an added advantage
  • Deep understanding of negotiating techniques and marketing tactics
  • Fast learning ability and passion for sales
  • Self-motivated professional with a result-oriented approach
  • Good presentation skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Superb leadership ability
  • Ability to relocate to Riyadh

Benefits and working conditions

  • Working days: 5 days per week (2 days off)
  • Working hours: 8 hours per day
  • Social and medical insurance provided
  • 3% commission plus fixed salary
