Business Development Manager (FM - Catering)

We are seeking an experienced BD Manager for the Catering Division for one of our clients in Saudi Arabia which is a leading FM service provider. The role is based in Riyadh, KSA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Business Development
• Client Relationship Management
• Strategic Planning & Growth Initiatives
• Contract Negotiation and Closing:
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting:
• Networking and Brand Building:

Accountabilities:
• Achieve or exceed revenue and growth targets by securing new business contracts.
• Develop and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and prospects to ensure sustainable growth.
• Contribute to the company’s overall strategic growth plan and market positioning.

Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
• Additional certifications in business development, sales, or marketing are beneficial.

Experience:
• Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the catering, hospitality, or food service industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients, managing accounts, and achieving sales targets.

Knowledge:
• Deep understanding of the B2B catering market, including key players, industry trends, and client needs.
• Knowledge of pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue management.
• Familiarity with the legal, regulatory, and financial aspects of the catering business.

Salary:
SAR 25,000 to 35,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
