Total Package SAR 40,000 + Flights + Insurance

The Business Development Manager for Molecular Information (MI Mgr) is responsible for launching Foundation Medicine’s products in line with the go-to-market-strategy and long term ensure a sustainable and profitable business. The MI Mgr will develop and execute the MI business plan including brand marketing, business development (key account management/sales) and related business strategies, and tactics.

• Commercial market activities
• Market Access activities
• Operational Model
• Business development
• Compliance

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business or Life Sciences
• Fluent in English and Arabic
• Significant (>5 years, ideally) experience of working across different functions of the pharmaceutical, diagnostics, and/or healthcare industry. Experience in oncology and or molecular biology fields. Medical background is desirable
• Has in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry landscape including stakeholder network, and marketing & sales cycle. This could be via product marketing and/or sales management, market access, sales force effectiveness and launch planning initiatives, etc.
• Track record of working successfully in cross functional teams and in matrix roles.
• Has made impactful presentations to management and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and ability to convert market research and other information into actionable insights using advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Experience in working in the field, preferably within oncology.
• Experience in developing and implementing market access solutions
• Project management skills
