The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving business growth by liaising
with key decision makers, developing new product innovation and reports to the Commercial Officer. As the head of a team, the manager should coordinate all efforts between the team members and coordinate development efforts between Sales, Technical Department and Management together with the Commercial Officer.
Responsibilities
• Plan and drive implementation of business growth strategy according to overall company vision, mission and strategy
• Generate new business relationships with all key customers, influencers, regulators and other key stakeholders.
• Develop LCC Siporex as the partner of choice for all their wall building material needs
• Develop new innovative products according to customer needs bodies, developers and contractors
• Manage and interpret client requirements - listen, understand, anticipate and exceed their needs.
• Provide product education about LCC Siporex products, make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product will meet client needs
• Track competition Product pricing & work towards improving specification & Competitiveness.
• Perform marketing activities: attend trade shows, conferences & other marketing events.
• Develop and manage the team of business intelligence, marketing and product innovation.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Skills:
• Business Administration or master’s degree
• Experience in team management
• Excellent presentation, communication and networking Skills
• Experience in business development, market intelligence and product innovation
• 5 years’ work experience in the construction industry with connections with architects, government bodies, developers, Consultants & contractors
• The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners tobuild new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strongcommunication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
• 3 - 4 years' prior Building industry related business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
• Focused and goal-oriented
Salary:
SAR
18,000 to 25,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
