Job description / Role
Our client is currently recruitment a Business Head to be responsible for the management of their Landscaping business. Our client are a large Real Estate and Commercial Developer that have a brilliant reputation across the KSA market. There are plans for growth in 2019, hence a campaign to recruit 4x Business Heads for their subsidiary divisions.
The successful Business Head will be responsible for the optimal performance of the landscaping division, which is currently the best performing division in the group.
Requirements
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
• Saudi national
• 10 years experience
• Civil Engineering / Architecture degree
• 3+ years in the construction industry
• Possess expertise in project management, supervision & management
• Proven track record delivering with quality, cost effective and in a timely manor
• Proven track record liaising with external entities like vendors, government agencies, statutory bodies / authorities, etc.
