Key Accountabilities:
1. Human Resources Management:
- Provide guidance and support to project staff on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
2. Administrative Management:
- Oversee and manage administrative functions, including office operations, facilities management, and procurement.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between project team members and departments.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
3. Logistics Management:
- Develop and implement logistics strategies, systems, and procedures to support the project's operational needs.
- Coordinate and manage the transportation, storage, and distribution of project materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and logistics service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Supervise and mentor a team of HR, administrative, and logistics professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work culture within the project team.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and other stakeholders to align project objectives with overall business goals.
- Participate in project meetings, providing updates on HR, admin, and logistics matters.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Manager, HR Manager, Administrative Manager, or Logistics Manager, preferably within a project-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR, administrative, and logistics principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
