Employment: Full Time

Required to join an international Facilities Management company working as the managing agent on a large project in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities will include
• Coordintaion of the activities of the support services team and other stakeholders through the daily management of program tasks.
• Manage and maintain the operations of our service partner systems and processes, ensuring maximised internal efficiency
• Development of performance goals and long-term operational plans
• Maximise efficiency and productivity through extensive process analysis and interdepartmental collaboration
• Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes to provide visibility into the goals, progress, and obstacles of key initiatives
• Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for day-to-day operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks

Requirements

• A degree or its equivalent is required.
• Should have worked within facility management, or engineering sector in a similar role
• Training in project planning and planning programs.
• In-depth knowledge in maintenance and renovation projects.
• Proficiency in project planning applications and Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
