Our client is a leading Food & Hospitality Group with an excellent reputation across the region.
We are looking for an experienced Business Sales Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA
OVERVIEW OF ROLE
The role is to manage the team and sales of the company’s food products, corporate gifts and services.
Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through strong planning, follow up, deployment and management of sales personnel.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
• The role is based on the field as requires continuous meetings with the clients.
• The Sales Manager has to plan, qualify and negotiate all sales, follow company sales strategy and support with its development.
• Manage the B2B team of 5-8 people.
• Deals with B2B clients:
• Introduce and sell the products
• Build the relationship with the client throughout the year and all seasons
• Promote the brand
Requirements
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s Degree
• At least 5+ years of progressive commercial experience in a large corporate environment
• Must have B2B Sales experience with clients in hospitality and/or food and beverage industry and field sales experience – luxury level preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills required.
• Proven ability to provide strategic direction for business units
• Open to European and Arab nationals (Male) currently based only in Saudi now
