- Banking domain exp (Customer services / Account Management.)
- High School / Diploma in any discipline Minimum Experience:
- 3-5 years' experience in customer services / Contact Centre.
- Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multitasking.
- Excellent communication skill in English & Arabic.
