Business Unit Director - Animal Health

Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring a Business Unit Director - Animal Health to be based in Riyadh .

Key aspects of the role include:
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to drive the growth of the assigned portfolio within the GCC region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Develop comprehensive business plans, including sales forecasts, budgets, and marketing strategies, to drive growth and achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of business strategies with financial goals.
- Lead the sales and marketing teams to achieve commercial objectives.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular performance assessments, and provide professional development opportunities for team members.

To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare.
- Minimum 10 years of sales and marketing experience of at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Experience within the Animal Health industry is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in P&L management, sales leadership, and strategic planning.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.
