We are now seeking an exceptional CAD Operator to join our award winning team based on our site in Riyadh.

This critical role will be responsible for preparing drawings and designs for construction projects according to engineering standards and project requirements.

Responsibilities

Paramount to success within this varied role will include;

- Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Advanced proficiency in computer aided design tools including AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
- Demonstrates an understanding of the design development process and awareness of project management concepts.
- Demonstrates design skills in relevant discipline, not requiring continuous engineering direction.
- Ability to plan, prioritize, schedule, and perform own work to meet identified time frames and standards.
- Demonstrates initiative and a proactive approach to delivery.
- Demonstrates well-developed communication skills including the ability to perform effectively in a team environment with a strong Client focus.
- Basic understanding of Health, safety and sustainability principles in specific discipline.
- Demonstrates commitment to own and other's professional development.

Requirements

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years' career experience with a Bachelor's degree in Architecture or equivalent, a combination of CAD/BIM design experience and strong math skills.
