CAFM Consultant

Job description / Role

Our client is a JV between a European Multi-National Facilities Management company. They have a rapidly expanding FM business and are currently seeking a CAFM Consultant to join their team FM team in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh/Jeddah/Dammam).

- On this role, responsible for providing direction and guidance CAFM implementation, Asset resister creation, Asset verification, Asset Tagging, Workflow developing etc.
- The CAFM Consultant is ultimately responsible for ensuring that the services delivered by these team Controllers and the Service Providers are to an acceptable standard.
- He must have a thorough understanding of tenants’ operations and business time frames.

- MAXIMO CAFM System Experience is a must
- A broad understanding of current technology trends
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to work alongside staff, contractors and partners at all levels
