We are seeking a dedicated and customer focused Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will excel in communicating with customers, resolving inquiries promptly and delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the system.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in service.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs and improve service.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services where appropriate.
- Provide feedback and insights to management regarding recurring issues or customer suggestions.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive demeanor.
- Proficient computer skills and quick learning ability for new software systems.
- Problem solving skills and the ability to think quickly.
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred, however experience is not required.
- Training will be provided.
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required.
