Employment: Full Time

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage all catering aspects to ensure that catering contractor offer smooth, efficient and courteous food and beverage services to all SATORP employees and visitors.
- Ensure that the catering provider comply with the signed catering services contract clauses and provisions.
- Ensure the catering services provider adherence to the Company quality expectations and standards.
- Ensure that the catering services provider employees and all personnel related to catering activities are medically examined and holding valid food handler permit.
- Responsible for the execution of SATORP Health and Safety standards which are related to food and beverage.
- Ensure that the catering services provider employees and all personnel related to catering activities are maintaining a high level of personal cleanliness standard and conform to good hygienic practices.
- Responsible to evaluate the catering contractor on a regular basis to ensure that RC standards and requirements are followed
- Ensure the sufficiency of required number of employees provided by catering provider.
- Ensure that the catering contractor is up-to-date with Saudi Arabian Government regulations and Public Health Code.
- Liaise with SATORP organizations and personnel to collect feedback and seek suggestions and preferences in relation to the catering services.
- Resolve catering client's complaints about catering services and develop action plan to avoid recurrence in the future.
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees,
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions in the catering facilities to the Supervisor Facilities Management, and regularly assess the performance of the catering contractor.
- Ensure appropriate sanitizing of all equipment, utensils, dining hall facilities and work areas.
- Ensure proper storage and stock rotation of all raw food, ready to eat food, packing and cleanliness items in the stores areas.
- Ensure the quality of raw and ready to serve food, packing and cleaning materials up to standard.
- Develop and conduct inspection and observation reports to evaluate the efficiency of the services provided.
- Identify, recommend, develop and implement new methods to increase the efficiency, productivity and quality of the catering services.
- Ensure proper handling of wastes and leftover food in accordance with SATORP waste management procedure
- Review and develop the proposed periodical menu by catering provider,
- Monitor and maintain appropriate levels of food qualities and varieties.
- Ensure that food items are protected from contamination while being stored, prepared, displayed and served.
- Ensure the uniform and personnel appearances of the catering provider staff are clean, tidy and professional
- Ensure that SATORP policies and procedures are properly followed.
- Follow up the required maintenance of kitchen equipment and facilities.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Organization Head,

- Efficient operation of the catering services in accordance with Company policies and procedures.

Requirements

Main Competencies and Qualities:
- Good knowledge of food safety and industrial hygiene.
- Approved training certificate shall be submitted.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Discreet and courteous.
- Capable of giving good attention to details. 0 Willing to work irregular hours.
- Strong customer services skills.
- Good communications skills.
- Good command of oral and written English.
- Physically and medically fit.

Education Background:
- Two (2) years Diploma in Nutrition, Hotel Management or equivalent.

Experience:
- Ten (10) years of experience in well-known food & beverage field.
