Job description / Role
CEO/ GM - Group of National Schools, Riyadh
On behalf of our client, Swisslinx Middle East is currently looking for a CEO to join a Group of National schools based in Riyadh.
In this role you will be in charge of:
• Overseeing the fiscal, educational, and operational areas
• Ensuring that the schools’ academic programs and operations are successful and faithful
• Accept leadership accountability for continuous improvement and implementation of the mission, vision, goals, values
• Represent and communicate on behalf of the schools at authorizing agencies, local school districts, local and state government agencies, and business partners, as directed by the Board¨
• Supervise and direct day-to-day activities and affairs
• Recruit, manage, evaluate, provide leadership to, and inspire the team
• Stay current on best practices in education, instructional programs
• Oversee all corporate operations including budgeting, accounting, human resources, contract management and compliance.
• Work with the Board to set economic objectives, financial and accounting policies
Requirements
Our client is looking for the candidates that can demonstrate:
At least 7 years of experience in a similar position in Saudi Arabia
Fluent Arabic Speaker
