Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

This is a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by execution of a high-level change management strategy to ensure that all stakeholders are fully engaged and constantly incorporating feedback to ensure effectiveness.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead change management activity across the programs and manage the activities of the change team in delivering the projects.
• Create and manage change control process, manage risk associated with change management, engage and guide Project Managers and the Commercial team in handling changes/variations.
• Ensure all changes follow the Delegation of Authority route to get approved.
• Proactively flag any issue that may hinder or delay processing of changes to the programs.
• Perform other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS degree in Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Relevant Professional certification to Change Management is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years experience in change / process management, project management, program delivery or equivalent.
• Experience with general construction delivery techniques, leading and driving change activities.
• Expert knowledge and/or experience related to cost management, contract management, project management or procurement.
• Ability to communicate and integrate in a multidisciplinary, multicultural, and multinational environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
