Job description / Role
Responsibilities
- Build & update change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
- Support communication efforts of key communications
- Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.
- Create actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: People, Communications, new systems launching and Training Plan
- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance, create actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management Plan
- Conduct Awareness campaigns for corporate values and OC
- Manage Employee Well-being campaign
- Prepare and manage gathering and sports activities among the organization
- Manage all Cultural & Environmental massages to employees via SMS, Screens, rollups, printouts, etc.
Requirements:
- + 6 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relation or related field
