Description

The Channel Alliance - Sales role at Bahwan Cybertek Group is focused on developing and managing strategic relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth and expand market reach. This position will require a proactive approach to partner engagement, ensuring the successful execution of alliance strategies and collaborative sales initiatives.

Key responsibilities

Channel partner management:

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure mutual success.
  • Conduct regular meetings and communication to provide updates on products, promotions, and sales strategies.
  • Sales strategy development:

  • Collaborate with partners to create joint sales and marketing plans that align with business goals.
  • Provide partners with the resources and support needed to drive sales, including training, demos, and marketing materials.
  • Performance analysis:

  • Monitor and evaluate partner performance against targets and KPIs.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance partner effectiveness.
  • Market intelligence:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner capabilities.
  • Use market insights to refine partner strategies and explore new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration with internal teams:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment of efforts.
  • Provide feedback from partners to inform product development and customer needs.
  • Reporting:

  • Prepare regular reports on partner performance, pipeline, and market developments.
  • Communicate results and insights to management and stakeholders.
  • Requirements

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.

    Experience:
    Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales roles, preferably with a focus on channel partnerships.
    Demonstrated success in developing and managing partner relationships.
    Experience in the relevant industry or technology is preferred.

    Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective partner engagement.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies collaboratively.
  • Analytical mindset to assess performance metrics and market conditions.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
