Job description / Role
Prestigious client hospital in Saudi is seeking a nurse with Western credentials and Western passport.
Position Summary:
• Supervises the clinical activities of all Nursing Department personnel in assigned area; coordinates clinical activities among the multidisciplinary health care team; maintains a high quality nursing care for all patients; functions as a role model for all unit personnel.
Requirements
• Hold a BS or Diploma in Nursing
• Hold current RN state license
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in acute care setting, two (2) years of which in a level of Charge Nurse, Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse position and/or demonstrates leadership qualities during relief Charge Nurse assignment (Essential).
Required Qualifications:
Education/Licensure:
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing in country of professional practice (Diploma from Western and similar countries, otherwise Bachelor’s Degree) (Essential).
• Current Licensed/Registered Nurse (RN) from country of professional practice (Essential).
• Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) Classification and Registration in good standing (Essential).
Professional Experience:
• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in acute care setting, two (2) years of which in a level of Charge Nurse, Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse position and/or demonstrates leadership qualities during relief Charge Nurse assignment (Essential).
Specialized Knowledge:
• Nursing clinical skills and theory (Essential).
• Records keeping and reporting (Essential).
• Handling/managing medical emergencies (Essential).
• Computer literate and familiar with MS-Office programs and applications.
• Fluency in oral and written English language (Essential).
Personal Qualities:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work diligently with accuracy in routine tasks.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
