Chartered Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Our client is one of the world's top consultants. We have an opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyors to work on high profile projects in Jeddha:

Responsibilities:
• To review, monitor and report on the cost management processes and procedures adopted and support the cost control and commercial supervision performed on the project by others.
• To check Variation orders and measurement of quantities.
• To check Unit Rates calculations.
• To check Procurement monitoring.
• To check Cash flow schedules.
• To check valuation and payment certificates, reports, tender evaluation reports, unit rate submissions (Cost Reports, etc.) Revised and re-submitted Methodologies, Procedures and Manuals.
• To administer that our contracted services are properly and professionally rendered to the Client’s satisfaction on timely manner.
• To exercise Quality and Assurance Control on the services provided.

Requirements

• Min 12 years post qualification
• BSc in quantity surveying or equivalent, member of the RICS
• Experience in Pre and Post Contract Quantity Surveying duties with reputable Quantity Surveying firms.
