Position Title: Chef de Partie
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4,500 QAR all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus free, uniform, accommodation, transportation, and sales incentives of 490 QAR every quarter based on work performance
Job Location Saudi Khobar, KSA

About the Client:
The hiring company is a group of F&B within GCC catering fancy and fine dining restaurants that specialize in Italian and European cuisines.

Job Role:
• Order all consumable products, 96 hours in advance
• Check with chef any unusual requirements for basic products, i.e. Imported products
• Evaluate market lists before ordering
• Order on market list and cross check with chef
• Inspect delivery for correct temperatures, quality and correct count (weight) etc.
• Re-pack in correct containers
• Ensure correct and strict storage procedures
• Produce brand product to list requirement
• Ensure correct net weight count, packaging, correct production date and end date are tugged
• Ensure proper products are reduced to holding temperatures
• Check all equipment for defect and ready for production the following day

Requirements

Requirements:
• Open to any nationality
• Male, 45 years old below
• Bachelor's Degree or any culinary degree
• At least 1 year experience as Chef de Partie
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Ability to produce good quality food in all sections
• Awareness of Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations (COSHH) and chemical safety
• Experience in kitchen equipment
• Good oral communication and team management skills
• Candidate must be locally available in KSA
