Position Title: Chef De Partie - Pastry
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K SAR depending on experience and qualifications plus accommodation, transportation, and duty meal
Job Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
About the Client:
A high-end casual restaurant in KSA
Job Description:
- Responsible for the daily pastry preparation and duties assigned by the superiors to meet the standard and the quality set by the restaurant
- Prepare a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. following traditional and modern recipes
- Create new and exciting desserts to renew menus and engage the interest of customers
- Decorate pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Monitor stocks for baking ingredients such as flour, sugar etc. and make appropriate orders within budget
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Open to overseas candidates
- 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role
- Should have transferable iqama
- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
